PHASING INTO CARNIVORE

Let's Get Started.

Transitioning into a carnivore meal plan has become increasingly popular, with more and more every day people expressing a wide range of health perks. Men and women are raving about weight loss, improved digestion, sharper mental focus, boosted testosterone, balanced hormones, less inflammation, and enhanced insulin sensitivity & increase in libido just to name a few. Plus, it's as straightforward as it gets! (I'm also a huge fan of the back to basics lifestyle.)

So, what exactly is the Carnivore Diet?
It's a back-to-basics approach that revolves around meat, fish, eggs, and select dairy—no veggies or carbs in sight.

This dietary shift harks back to our ancestors thriving on meat-centric diets, contrasting sharply with today's carb-heavy norm blamed for rampant health issues.

Drawing parallels with the Keto Diet, both aim to ditch carbs and sugars. However, the Carnivore Diet amps up the protein and fat while slashing carbs to nearly zero, pushing the body into ketosis.
